Yogalates™ in simple terms, is a unique Yoga and Pilates fusion.
Yogalates™ teaches how to effectively combine breath with movement, that may be adapted, to suit ones unique body type. This method helps to protect the body from possible injury or pain.
It is a mindful practice; assisting in developing focus, calm and peace within both the body and mind.
