Mind Body Moment Classes

Each block (4 classes) are essentially mini workshops.

Each learning how to safely apply the benefits of Yoga connecting Mind to Body to achieve physical and mental wellbeing.

Each class will include:

Breathing and Centring (Pranayama) techniques

Pilates & Somatic techniques to establish a strong & safe physical foundation for Yoga Poses (Asana)

Relaxation and Meditation techniques (Yoga Nidra)

Min 2 / Max 8 clients per class
£72* is payable on booking
