Mind Body Moment Classes

Mind Body Moment classes are run as workshop interactive classes so that the class members can really understand the body mind & breath connection.

Alongside Yogalates™ the classes may include Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Somatics & Restorative.

Classes are suitable for all abilities but for adults only

Breathing and Centring (Pranayama) techniques

Pilates & Somatic techniques to establish a strong & safe physical foundation for Yoga Poses (Asana)

Relaxation and Meditation techniques (Yoga Nidra)

Min 2 / Max 8 clients per class
£18* per class is payable on booking
